You’ll be a trusted point of contact for fault management and customer queries, using your technical expertise and diagnostic skills to ensure seamless issue resolution. What Will You Be Doing Day-to-Day? ✨

As a Customer Support Technician, you’ll play a key part in a fast-paced business function that is key to our customer success. Responsibilities include:

  • Fault Management: Serve as the primary contact for fault reporting, using diagnostic tools to analyse, investigate, and resolve issues efficiently as part of the Service Desk team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to identify resolutions for more complex issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Assistance: Address customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide users through the features and functionalities of our innovative, business-focused communication products.
  • Multi-Channel Support: Provide exceptional customer service across calls, emails, and our ticketing system, demonstrating professionalism and technical expertise in every interaction.

What You’ll Need 💻

  • Experience in providing technical customer support, particularly for Voice technologies (ideal).
  • Strong technical understanding with a logical approach to diagnostics.
  • Excellent attention to detail for diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
  • Proficiency in IT with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and tools.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for collaborative problem-solving.
