Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.

Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Who are we looking for? 


This is a hands-on Support Engineer position who will be responsible for supporting Gamma’s Indirect customers across Gamma’s Voice, Data and UCaaS products. You will have proven experience of troubleshooting VOIP/SIP based voice services, including hardware, configuration, IP connectivity and access services.





What will you be doing day-to-day? 

To provide technical support on incidents raised into 2nd Line via our Customer Support teams.

•           Support across Gamma’s Voice, Data and UCaaS products.

•           Troubleshoot networking/internetworking problems in a methodical and timely approach

•           Escalate incidents to 3rd party suppliers when necessary.

•           Identify Gamma network issues and escalate these to the 3rd Line support team for resolution.

•           Possess the ability to drive issues to resolution to meet customer service level agreements and customer expectations.

•           Must be a self-starter, proactive, highly organized, and capable of working well with individuals at all levels in the organization. Will possess good interpersonal, written, oral, and analytical skills, as well as being innovative and dedicated.

  • This role will require travel to one of our office locations on a hybrid basis. Ask for more details.
