Customer Support Technician – Horizon Faults

About the Role
The role of Customer Support Technician is to act as the primary contact point within the fault management journey.
Your day will consist of analysing and investigating potential faults reported into the Service Desk using the tools provided for first line support and working collaboratively with other teams to identify a resolution.
As a Customer Support Technician, you will also assist in resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities of our various in-house, market leading business-led communications products.
You will be 100% focused on delivering excellent customer service using strong technical and diagnostic skills working across Calls, Emails, and ticketing system.
As a Customer Support Technician, you’ll play a key part in a fast-paced business function that is key to our customer success.
About You
- Ideally, you’ll have experience of providing technical customer support for Voice technologies.
- You’ll have a good technical understanding and a logical approach towards diagnostics.
- You will have strong attention to detail to identify and resolve complex problems
- You will be an excellent team player with a proactive mindset, with a passion for working
- together as a team to achieve goals.
- You will thrive in an environment where you are trusted to be work smart and work hard
without micro management.
- You will have excellent IT Skills
- You’ll have an outgoing and welcoming personality, able to adapt to differing customer groups at ease, taking pride in providing a first-class customer experience at all times
