Sales and Marketing Director
Are you a sales leader with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a high-profile environment? At Elior UK, we’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Director to spearhead growth and innovation at Murrayfield Stadium – one of the UK’s most iconic sporting venues.
What you’ll be doing…
As our new Sales and Marketing Director, you’ll take a strategic and hands-on approach to leading the sales team while driving revenue growth for both matchday and non-matchday operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and Implementing Sales Strategies: Develop detailed annual sales and marketing plans to grow hospitality and conference business, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Leading and Inspiring the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, fostering a results-driven and supportive culture.
- Managing Key Accounts: Cultivate and grow relationships with high-value clients, resellers, and agents to maximize long-term revenue opportunities.
- Overseeing Marketing Activities: Coordinate with the client’s marketing department to deliver effective campaigns, approve branded materials, and evolve the Murrayfield Experience website.
- Financial Leadership: Manage profit and loss accounts, produce accurate forecasts, and ensure budgets are met or exceeded through targeted actions.
- Strategic Thinking and Reporting: Provide regular updates, forecasts, and insights on sales performance, ensuring clear communication with senior leadership.
- Driving Innovation: Identify opportunities to introduce creative ideas and new approaches that enhance profitability and future business growth.

- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of profit and loss management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
