We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our busy teams in London four days a week

What you’ll be doing…

You will play a pivotal role in helping our teams stay organised, meet deadlines, and execute projects with precision.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage a complex diary, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organise domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and transport
  • Expense Management: Accurately track, process, and report expenses to ensure timely reimbursements.
  • Communication: Professionally manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Project Coordination: Provide support on various personal and professional projects, helping to drive tasks forward.
  • Research: Conduct research as required on a range of topics, delivering concise and actionable insights.

 

What can you bring?

In this role:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Unwavering discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
