Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Are you a dynamic recruiter looking for your next exciting challenge? We’re on the hunt for a talented Recruiter to join our growing team on a contract basis! If you’ve got a couple of years of experience under your belt, especially in finance, sales, or marketing recruitment, you’ll be a perfect fit – those are the areas where you'll make a big impact!
You'll play a crucial role in supporting Gamma’s growth plans, working closely with hiring managers and candidates at all levels. What will you be doing day-to-day? 📞
As a Recruiter at Gamma, you’ll be the driving force behind our Talent team, managing everything from posting jobs and sourcing awesome candidates to crafting compelling stories, coordinating interviews, and supporting smooth onboarding. You’ll also be the go-to person for admin support across the Talent team, all while sharpening your skills in recruitment, candidate management, and talent development.
We love fresh ideas, so you’ll have the chance to shake things up by finding new ways to improve our recruitment process. Whether it’s enhancing our marketing and attraction strategies, communication tools, or even our job descriptions – we’re all ears!

What you’ll need 🚀
- A strong communicator – can pick up the phone and speak to a variety of people from junior developers to executive directors.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written – for communicating with candidates and helping with job descriptions.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Ambitious and decisive.
- Market driven and customer first approach.
A few things to note ✨
- This is a hybrid role; we require you to be in our Manchester office at least 1 day a week (this is currently every Wednesday).
- We do not need agency support; we do all our recruitment in house.
- Unfortunately, we can't offer visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role.
