Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.

Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who can ensure the successful outcome of key business change across a portfolio of products and services to our customers. Project delivery will be E2E across Gamma functions, including Product, Technology, Marketing and Commercial. We require someone with good understanding of German and English languages.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

• Working with key stakeholders to identify project objectives, delivery timelines and costs.
• Ensure the business objective(s) and context for change is fully understood, within the teams and across external stakeholders.
• Developing detailed project plans and other artefacts to guide project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements.
• Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
• Support the team, Business Programme Lead with business updates on the status of business change.
• Coaching teams on best practices and ways of working, and to be an advocate for agile tools and techniques in delivery between cross-functional teams
• Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Work with Product Managers/ Owners to define the case for Product change and supporting it through governance structures for approval.
• Supports and facilitates communication and information exchange between stakeholders and the delivery team.
• Ensure workstreams have clear, single owners for accountability. Support the workstream leaders in understanding their responsibilities and in developing collaborative skills to achieve desired outcomes successfully.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, through ongoing education, conference attendance or other.

What You’ll Need

• Fluent in German and English.
• To have come from a similar role, where you will have gained demonstrable experience of leading teams and managing complex projects from start to closure.
• Experience of building relationships at all levels throughout the business across all the different business functions from ExCo to team level.
• A strong delivery/project management experience in a Product, technical development and engineering environment.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks, practices, and methodologies such as AgilePM, Scrum, Kanban, Lean and when and where to apply them. Experience with practicing the principles of transparency and how to ensure work is understood externally.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Prince2 Agile, AgilePM, Scrum certifications or equivalent.
