People Business Partner Germany (m/f/d) - hybrid

 What will you be doing day-to-day? 📞 

• As a People Business Partner you are responsible for direct people partnering with the sales & operations (commercial) teams in Germany and their management teams.
• You ensure an engaged organization and act as an ambassador for the Gamma culture and values.
• You maintain high levels of positive employee experience for the employees in Germany by acting as coach and trusted adviser to local management teams and employees.
• You provide advice and executional support to the Group Functional Business Partners.
• You are implementing policies and projects with regards to People Services, Recruitment, Talent/ Learning and Reward with full support from the central team of specialists (COE’s).
• You personally engage in Recruitment and Employer Branding activities for and within Germany.
• You establish and maintain trusted partnership with the works councils in all German locations.

What you’ll need 🚀

• Academic or bachelor’s degree level of education and thinking required in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner acting on an operational and strategical level and with a strong preference for having some transformational experience.
• Capable of seamlessly transitioning between strategic thinking and hands-on execution and being able to promptly deliver solid advice.
• Knowledge and insight into organizational development change processes
• Experience in German Labor law and working in a works council environment.
• Adapt easily to different settings and cultures within the organization.
• Act as an innovative and creative professional.
• An open, agile mind and always thinking in solutions.
• Empathetic personality with persuasiveness and decisiveness.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English and German language capabilities.

• This is a hybrid role with flexibility – our team comes together in our offices (Oberkotzau, Cologne) as well as ensure they are connected when at home.
