Marketing Manager
Nisbets have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing manager to join the team!
As a Marketing Manager at Nisbets you will be responsible for the planning and integration of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be the customer advocate in marketing activities, ensuring that our content and channel communications are relevant, dynamic and timely. They will lead a ‘virtual’ campaign team across core functions, to ensure that campaigns are insight-driven and data-led and are fully briefed and communicated to relevant stakeholders. They will build and manage a robust test plan, reviewing measurement and campaign learnings, ensuring that key findings are incorporated into the continual improvements of the campaigns.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop the Nisbets proposition for our customers, with a view to grow brand loyalty and drive an increase in customer value across all channels
- Work closely with the wider business, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure we achieve our growth objectives through the proposition development programmes
- Create data driven marketing strategies to maximise customer value
- Work reactively in conjunction with the web and e-commerce teams to maximise web trading opportunities.
- Brief and share robust measurement of all programmes and proposition development activity in conjunction with the Customer Insights business function.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer communications teams to ensure an integrated marketing approach.
- Ensure a clear process is in place for raising awareness of all plans, strategies, tests and campaigns across multiple business functions
- Reporting to the Global Head of Customer Communications and deputising for them when required
Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required
- Extensive practical experience in marketing or relevant marketing qualifications
- Previous customer proposition and comprehensive multi-channel marketing experience is essential
- Experience managing loyalty programmes is desirable
