Email Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our team on a 12 Month fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will assist the Email Manager in driving and optimizing email campaigns across all markets (UK and international), with a strong focus on revenue generation and customer retention. We are looking for someone with at least 1 years worth of experience in a marketing role.

This role will be hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 at home after period of training.

Key Accountabilities

• Scheduling email campaigns and A/B tests.
• Proofreading email content and ensuring it is correct before send.
• Analysing and reporting on email campaign performance, helping to ensure campaigns meet objectives.
• Building targeted segments for tailored email campaigns.
• Working with content, marketing and creative teams to optimise campaigns based on insight.
• Support growth of the email channel and ROI.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Technical Capabilities

• Understanding of email marketing, A/B testing, data segmentation, and performance optimization.
• Experience using an ESP, CRM, or CDP in a CRM or marketing role with a significant focus on email.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively.
