PMO Project Manager (12 month FTC)
Job Purpose

As a Project Manager (Grade C), you will be responsible for the management and delivery of our key commercial initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Be part of and represent the Project delivery function within the business, acting as a Subject matter expert on project management methodology
- Planning and defining project scope to ensure clear and agreed objectives to full project closure
- Creation and maintain accurate and precise project documentation, plans and reports
- Monitoring and management of risks and issues, analyse and pre-empt risks and report regularly on progress
- Escalation of any risks or issues impacting project delivery to ensure successful and timely resolution
- Co-ordinate and communicate cross functionally across the business, ensuring all the aims of the project are met by managing expectations with a focus on Stakeholder management
- Successfully monitor actions and progress within a project environment from inception to closure
Who you are
- Track record of managing multiple projects at a given time of varying scale, size, and complexity
- Experience managing numerous date critical projects at any given time
- Methodical, organized individual with a high attention to detail
- Effective and personable communicator to organize, influence and build strong positive relationships, ability to communicate to all levels of the business
- Ability to influence cross functionally and manage upwards
- Outstanding time management skills, able to prioritize, multitask and work to deadlines
- Project Management experience – essential
- Previous retail experience/knowledge – Essential
