As a Solutions Hub Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administration and operational tasks within our Solutions Department. You’ll ensure smooth processing of invoices, manage purchase orders, and handle financial queries while maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

Role: Administrator (known internally as Solutions Hub Team Member)
Pay Rate: £27,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week             
Location: Chatham Dockyard, Kent

Must have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Experience in finance/invoicing is desirable but not essential
• Highly organised and self-motivated with a proactive approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Address invoicing and finance queries within set timescales
• Manage the PO database, including chasing and applying purchase orders
• Complete weekly and monthly invoicing runs and issue invoices
• Upload PO’s and invoices to client portals
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Handle complaints efficiently and professionally
• Ensure invoices are correctly raised and processed on time
• Follow company compliance and operational procedures
