Out of Hours Support Supervisor - London

Role:                          Out of Hours Support Supervisor 
Pay rate:                    £15.50 p/h
Shift Pattern:             3 week rolling roster - Days, Nights & Weekends. 48 hours per week
Location:                    London

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management & Rostering – Ensure all personnel on site are scheduled effectively to meet contractual obligations

Performance & Training – Support and guide staff, providing additional training where necessary

Welfare Checks – Conduct regular welfare checks on employees and manpower suppliers, addressing any concerns

Site Documentation – Review and update site records to ensure compliance and efficiency

Incident & Emergency Response – Act as the first point of contact for security and emergency issues, escalating as needed.  Lead and coordinate responses to evacuations and emergencies, ensuring teams take appropriate action

Communication & Reporting – Maintain clear and accurate records for future reference and liaise with site teams to ensure smooth operations

Must Haves:

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
• Proven Experience – minimum of 2 years
• Experience in incident investigation and reporting
• Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
• SIA Licence
• Valid full UK manual driving licence
