As a Scheduler, you'll be an essential part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and strives for perfection providing a consistent workforce appropriate to the nature of the site being managed & annual leave covered with suitably trained officers.
Job Title: Scheduler
Location: Ward Security, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TZ
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- To set up sites on Timegate with all relevant Operational information required to base roster sites & other information to provide necessary data for other support departments
- Schedule appropriately trained core officers within the live roster scenario
- Keep relief officer spreadsheets organised, up to date and managed to reflect Timegate rosters
- Functional teams to ensure training content reflects the latest security threats and vulnerabilities
- Sourcing & allocating operational cover and respond to last minute scheduling changes to ensure continuity of service
- Responding to queries from clients and Officers in a professional & courteous manner
- Work closely with operational team to ensure service excellence to internal & external clients
- To liaise regularly with HR to communicate sites that have recruitment needs or long-term sick issues reducing the relief options for annual leave or blowouts
- To collate annual leave requests & provide responses utilising the company systems tools & trained relief officers available to approve where possible within the company annual leave policy & holiday budgets provided. In the event of declining a request provide an explanation to the officer & operational management, & alternative available date options
Qualifications and skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
- Excellent organisation skills
- Effective time management skills
- Proven problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected changes
- Excellent administration and communication skills
