Mobile Security Officer - Watford

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mobile Security Officer to join our dynamic team in and around the Watford and St Albans area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with security experience and a valid full UK manual driving licence to be part of a professional security team.

Position: Mobile Security Officer 
Pay rate: £13.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: Nights 18:00 - 06:00 and Weekends 06:00 - 18:00
Location: Watford, St Albans, North London

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, properties, or routes to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to security breaches, alarms, or suspicious activities promptly and effectively.
• Document and report all incidents, including security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences.
• Flexibility to respond to different locations as needed.
• Operate company vehicle to travel between sites.
• Handle conflicts or disputes calmly and effectively, de-escalating situations when necessary.

Must Have:

• Door Supervisor SIA Licence
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)
• 1+ years of security experience
• Ability to provide a 5-year checkable history
• Valid Right to Work documents
• Willingness to work night shifts and learn new skills
