The Role
In this role you would be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users of our PureGym's Membership applications. Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and optimal performance of our applications, while resolving issues and boosting user satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities within this role include:
We manage and optimize mission-critical systems, including our website, mobile app, gym access controls, and back-office infrastructure. By maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of these services, we play a vital role in delivering a safe, consistent, and high-quality fitness experience to our 2 million+ members every day
In this fast-paced environment your responsibilities will be varied and include:
- Maintain strong working knowledge of all membership management system within the group and web interfaces.
- Support the roll-out of new configuration for international expansion, and within existing systems.
- Assist users with application enquiries, offering guidance and resolving problems.
- Processes, interpret and document key business processes, through stakeholder engagement and analysis of data with an understanding of workflow design, integrations, and data management.
- Collaborate with internal & third parties as required to investigate and resolve complex application issues, escalating unresolved issues as needed and following up to ensure timely resolution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and process significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Support with new configuration requirements for ongoing business initiatives.
- Testing of new system features such as; API calls, testing functionality of products and developed extracts.
- To make sure data extracted from membership system is correct and up to date.
- Maintenance of, product and implementation and account set up
- Working closely with the IT Infrastructure and Application Development teams to provide timely and efficient resolution of application related incidents.
The Person
- Strong focus on precision and the capacity to meet established deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and time management.
- Ability to adapt to surrounding and has a solution orientated approach.
- Experienced in supporting in-house business applications, including experience in software implementation and functional testing.
- Understanding of coding languages (HTML, SQL, API)
- Good analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience in supporting of SaaS based solutions.
- Ability to learn and implement technical information.
- Strong numerical and Excel skills.
- Takes ownership for performance and ensures that all targets are met.
- Can effectively build strong working relationships and networks to enable success
- Has strong communication, time management and organizational skills, keen to learn.
- Has the ability to manage numerous projects whilst remaining calm
- Ability to understand the big picture and see how member value and Pure Gym value are connected to business processes.
- Demonstrates resilience and a strong passion for their role
