The Role
As a CRM Manager, the successful postholder will be focused on maximizing on our strongest asset, the existing member base. This maybe through on-going engagement communications, content delivered via our App or working with our insights and analytics teams to agree on the right type of initiatives to keep our member engaged and in the member base.
Today, 14 years since we opened our first gym, we have over 600 gyms globally and are proud to help over 2 million members to be a little bit fitter, healthier and happier.
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the CRM Analyst to develop detailed plans for segmented campaigns, focusing on a tailored, "always-on" retention and upsell programme that engages existing members at key points in their journey.
- Partner with the CRM Analyst to regularly review the performance of both "always-on" and ad-hoc campaigns, using insights to continuously refine strategies and identify areas for improvement in retention and upsell efforts.
- Utilize propensity models, machine learning, and AI-driven segmentation to optimize retention and upsell journeys, ensuring personalized, data-driven interactions that maximize member lifetime value.
- Create and implement referral strategies to engage existing members, encouraging them to refer new members and contribute to incremental growth and member retention.
- Collaborate with App and Content teams to explore new, creative ways to deepen engagement with our existing members, enhancing their experience and loyalty.
- Confidently use data insights to inform key decisions, ensuring strategies are based on member behavior, trends, and performance metrics, driving impactful retention and upsell outcomes.
- Lead the development and management of ongoing "test and learn" initiatives aimed at continuously improving retention and upsell strategies for our current member base.
- Work closely with our in-house studio and external agencies to develop compelling communications that resonate with current members, driving improved engagement and retention campaign performance.
- The role will be predominately office based, in Leeds, with flexibility for up to 2 days WFH. Some travel to London and occasionally Copenhagen will also be required.
The Person
- A seasoned CRM Manager, with experience in owning campaigns from end to end, managing targeting and segmentation, messaging, content and design, planning, localization, execution and reporting.
- Confident in briefing data requests and manipulating data, whilst analyzing results and presenting data to senior stakeholders
- Proven ability in working with multiple CRM systems and a working knowledge of HTML
- A conceptual thinker who is passionate about CRM
- Passionate about working on challenging projects, within a in a fast-paced environment
- Great at managing workloads and priorities for yourself and direct reports
- Well organized with a keen eye for detail You will be able to implement new processes if required You will have proven experience of driving incremental revenue
