Paid Search Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paid Search Executive to join the team here at Nisbets!

The main aspect of this role will be to support the Paid Search Manager within the Paid Search channel to improve the online visibility of Nisbets websites an range of products across the UK, ROI and globally the perfect person will be able to help drive improved performance through channels including but not limited to Google and Bing.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitors and reports on agreed KPI’s per market – daily, weekly and monthly
• Identifies patterns in customer behaviour and segments, and communicates these insights so that appropriate action can be taken
• Develops and uses web analytical tools to support agreed online strategy. Prepares reports, actions and recommendations to improve website visibility via SEM
• Keeps up to date with the latest digital trends, research and best practices, paying close attention to competitor activity
• Keyword research and strategy – covering; brands/products/generics
• Coordinates activities within internal departments and PPC agencies
• Evaluates and improves the performance of all current campaigns via web analytics and data analysis
• Ad-hoc responsibilities and projects as directed by the E-Commerce team and approved by the Paid Search Manager

Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required

• Experience within a web role, ideally including PPC and within a product or mail order company
• Experience of campaign planning, search optimisation and web performance monitoring software
• Experience of Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics or similar
• Experience with Google/Bing ads - Ideally 1 year Experience
