Image Editor and Photography Assistant

We are looking for a Image Editor and Photography Assistant on a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract the perfect candidate will be able  to support the creation of high-end photography and video content here at Nisbets, Through high-end photography editing, retouching and post-production work to assisting with planning & coordinating of shoots.

Key Accountabilities

• Retouching/editing high volume of product shots (including studio, lifestyle, model images)
• Ensuring all visuals are in line with agreed image quality standards
• Assisting photographer and videographer in preparing/delivering shoots
• Setting up studio for shoots (supporting with lighting, equipment, propping),
• Ordering stock for shoots. Ensuring all stock is unpacked and prepped before shoots, & returned accordingly
• Video editing, depending on experience

Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required

• Good knowledge/experience of Digital retouching, colour grading and compositing, non-destructive retouching
• Good knowledge of digital photography
• Stakeholder management
• Organised & comfortable working to tight deadlines
• Good eye for detail & creativity
• User experience of Adobe Photoshop
• Advance in using both PC and Mac
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office

Desirable

• User experience of Lightroom, Bridge, Capture One
• Knowledge of using multiple retouching techniques
• Video editing experience
