Warehouse Operative

Overview of Role:

 

 

 

 

·    A team member will be responsible for a variety of aspects within the warehouse using the resources available.  Duties and responsibilities can change regularly based on the factory needs. The Team member must embrace Senobi and live the Mizkan values striving to exceed site and customer expectations and requirements.

·   Specific responsibilities are outlined under Safety, Quality, Production, Cost, Delivery and Morale headings.

·         Supports 5S sustainability and C.I

Responsibility

The team member will be responsible a variety of processes, including:

·       Supports compliance with regular safety checks to meet legal requirements for Mizkan and our customer`s specifications.

·    Actively participate in all company and site safety initiatives (SWOP, T cards, risk assessment etc.)

·    Demonstrate and support these initiatives through their behaviours.

·    Ensure our service to internal/external customers is on time, in full, at quality to meet our customer requirements. “Make product safely right First Time.”

·    Traceability.  To identify all batch lot-controlled materials with supplier’s batch lot details on system generated lot labels/tickets.

·    To receive and store raw materials aligned with standard operating procedures, supplier guidelines or site technical to maintain product quality, food hygiene and maximize yield and minimise variance.

·    Assist in identifying opportunities to improve site performance by reducing cost, waste, variance and yield.

·    To identify opportunities for continuous improvement and actively strive to identify opportunities to improve site performance through reducing cost, waste, variance and yield improvement.

·    Complete agreed safety, quality checks etc. on time in full at quality, meeting or exceeding site and customer requirements.
