Teamwork is a key part of any role at Hughes and our field teams work closely together to get products to our customers at the right time, set-up, working and demonstrated. You’ll be given all the tools, equipment and training you need to fulfil this role, letting you take pride in your work.

What does this role include?

• Driving category C1 vehicles up to 7.5t
• Delivering and installing domestic electrical products for sales and rental customers.
• Lifting and carrying heavy and bulky items like washing machines, fridge freezers and TVs is a core part of the role.
• Offering great service so that our customers feel valued and assured in the decisions they’ve made, and the service we supply.
• Learning new skills and gaining knowledge about setting up the products we deliver.
• Promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
• Striving to meet personal and team targets that ensure our customers are getting the best experience possible.

What qualifications, experience and skills are required?

• A UK category C1 driving licence entitlement and Driver CPC, or valid equivalents.
• Maintaining your driving qualifications and working within regulations
• A capability to learn new skills.
• Flexibility when business needs and customer expectations change.
• Listening and talking with customers to keep them updated, and to make sure their needs have been met once the job is finished.

Our field technicians have access to a range of training tools and everyone receives full installation training at our dedicated training centre. There will be opportunities to continue to gain specialist knowledge in your role with us, helping you to develop and progress.
