Who are we looking for?
Are you looking to accelerate your career in sales? We are in search of dynamic and highly motivated salespeople who have proven track record and experience in selling managed communication services. You will have extensive demonstrative experience of navigating complex business relationships, applying sales process and methodologies, developing and closing multi-million pound managed service contracts.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Work with multiple personality types across a variety of roles and levels – including Directors, Executives, Managers and Operational contacts to consistently drive revenue growth and demonstrate the understanding of driving consensus throughout a large buying group.
- Lead through influence and set the example for others with a high level of energy and confidence
- Prospecting new potential customers using various methods including cold calling, event and campaign follow ups and social media.
- Learn and put in place Sales methodologies set by Gamma to accurately qualify opportunities.
- Providing a solution orientated sales approach over the full delivery lifecycle, driving company growth by consistently growing and maintaining a healthy new business pipeline that will meet and aggressively exceed targets.
- To ensure all activities and information are continually logged onto Gamma Hub (Salesforce) and all sales tools are used appropriately.
Key Activities:
These include:
- Identify and target new Prospects. Also working closely with team members to understand and master the skills required to complete all jobs in the end to end sales process; including managing contract discussions
- Create and maintain x4 sales pipeline
- Maintain excellent relations with all Key Internal Stakeholders
- Ensure that the Gamma Enterprise proposition is properly presented.
- Master an intimate knowledge and understanding of the prospect buying process and ensuring this is reflected in deal forecasting and progression
- Build relationships at multiple layers within each prospect – understanding prospect types (mobilizers) as well as key organisational roles.
- Maintain an awareness of the prevailing UK market conditions and competitive landscape and exploit any opportunities arising from this knowledge.
- Be an active and positive member of the Gamma Enterprise sales team, contributing to ideas, projects and the development of colleagues at all times.
- Be committed and work hard in an environment where working long and at times unsociable hours is the norm and is expected
- And most importantly, Hit and exceed your targets.
What you’ll need:
Experience
- Very established in your field and demonstrable experience being able to carry substantial targets and a history of closing multi million pound contracts
- Ideally experience working in the managed communications or collaboration industry
- Ideal Candidate has experience and a demonstrable track record hitting targets and helping customers make sense of information.

A few things to note
- Unfortunately, we can't offer visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role.
- This role is home based but will require bi weekly visits to our London office.
