Who are we looking for? 

The Paid Media Manager would be responsible for managing all paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms for Gamma UK, including strategies for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and potentially other channels, with the primary goal of maximising return on investment (ROI) by strategically allocating ad budgets and analysing campaign performance.  

 

What will you be doing day-to-day? 

  • Paid campaign planning and execution: Developing and implementing paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, including audience targeting, creative development, and budget allocation.
  • Platform expertise: Proficient in managing ad campaigns across major platforms like Google ads, LinkedIn campaign manager, Meta Ads manager and more…
  • Performance analysis: Monitoring campaign performance metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, costs per acquisition (CPA), cost per lead, (CPL) and ROI to identify areas for optimisation and growth.
  • A/B testing: Conducting experiments to test different ad variations, targeting options, and landing pages to optimise campaign performance.

  • Reporting and insights: Generating regular and timely reports to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders, including trends, key insights and actionable recommendations

 

What you’ll need: 

  • Skilled in identifying performance gamps and implementing data driven solutions to improve marketing ROI.
  • Ability to diagnose underperforming campaigns and swiftly adjust strategies
  • Campaign management across the major platforms like Meta, LinkedIn campaign manager, Google ads.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Confident in making strategic decisions on budget allocation based on data insights and performance metrics.
  • Ability to capitalise on opportunities and optimise campaign performance.
  • Find ways to enhance campaign results and test innovative approaches in paid media to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Demonstrate effective budget management
  • Presentation skills as you will be expected to show line management data and insights.
  • Strong ability to articulate paid ad strategies and results to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross functional teams and external teams to achieve marketing goals.
