Unit Manager
This role sits within our Education division – catering for students. What You’ll Be Doing...
- Oversee day-to-day running of the large College hospitality kitchen and dining service over 4 sites within the college campus (including a Costa area)
- Ensure meals are prepared and served on time and meet nutritional standards.
- Lead and manage our Catering team
- Train new team members and ensure ongoing compliance with procedures
- Order food, stock, and supplies while keeping within budget
- Inputting daily figures onto site systems along with managing the pre order service at site
What Can You Bring…
- Previous experience in catering or hospitality is essential (school setting preferred)
- Proven team leader experience
- Allergen awareness training
- Genuine interest in customer service excellence
- Focused on the front line
- Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised
