What you’ll be doing…
Provide a world-class, client-facing Front of House service. Proactively anticipate our client needs at all stages of the customer journey
Responsibilities:
- To conduct historical tours of the iconic building in the City of London.
- To carry out administrative duties of the tours inbox.
- Ensure seamless coordination with Reception and Security to deliver a five-star service.
- Welcome visitors, manage queues, check IDs, issue passes, and escort VIPs.
- Sign in visitors, direct guests, and complete daily handovers
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the Liveried Waiter's desk, report issues, and ensure follow-up.
- Manage the cloakroom, issue lockers, maintain records, and ensure cleanliness.
- Set up and support functions and meeting rooms, including AV requirements.
- Ensure that all client’s and visitors’ request are fulfilled and exceed expectations
- Adherence to SOP’s at all times
- Covering the Rostrum or allocated desk and assist the Market with any enquiry
- Cover G11 Liveried Waiter or Clockroom if required
- Assist Lloyd’s with historical building tour & VIPs visits.
- Keep the Loss Book up to date.
- Work closely with other departments to provide a seamless five star service
- To carry out other duties or responsibilities that may from time to time be assigned by your manager
- To be an ambassador of Lloyd’s and to blend seamlessly with the client organisation
What can you bring?
In this role:
- Relevant corporate / five star hotel / hospitality/ customer service experience
- Ideally have experience working with systems
- High degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management
Working Pattern:
- Monday - Friday / Hours between 07:30am - 18:00pm
- 40 hours p/w
