Bar Supervisor

We are thrilled to announce the opening of a fantastic new site at the legendary Abbey Road Studios. We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to lead our team at this iconic London location which has been a destination for music makers for over 90 years.Which hosts some of the world’s greatest artists, producers, composers and musicians.
This role offers the chance work in Abbey Road’s restaurant and in-studio dining offering; a hub that which sits at the heart of the Studio’s home for our team and creative community.
To ensure customers are served in a friendly and efficient manner and the staff restaurant is set up to the highest standards expected from Lexington, customers, and the client.
Duties:
- Ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence.
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, duty of care to customers and colleagues and taking ownership of tasks.
- Ensure that staff are committed to their job roles to provide a consistent high-quality service.
- Controlling and managing of budget and stock
- Managing and motivating a team.
- Ensure food is presented in an attractive manner throughout service.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bar experience
- Wine bar experience
- Members club experience
- Must have a sense of ownership.
- High level standards
- Good knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine (mixologist or sommelier)
Working Pattern:
- 5 out of 7 days
- Weekdays 2 pm - 11 pm
- Weekend - 12 pm -8 pm
