Role: Caretaker

Location: Cockermouth and Wigton

Hourly Rate: £12.75 - £12.85

Contract: 14 hrs p/w (1 day at each service)

Work Pattern: 09:00- 17:00

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Caretaker to join our small but mighty team! This role is vital to keeping our accommodation feeling like home. As a Caretaker, you’ll handle:

• General building maintenance (e.g., painting, minor repairs).
• Odd jobs like changing lightbulbs.
• Routine health & safety checks.

You’ll be a key part of creating a safe, welcoming environment for our residents.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience in light repairs and general maintenance.
• Are confident in communication and can prioritize tasks effectively.
• Are friendly, understanding of older people’s needs, and enjoy being part of a supportive team.
